The Camp

What We Build.

The World Championship Prep Camp is not a general training clinic. It's a precise, two-day environment designed to replicate every element of a World Championship — from morning warm-up procedures to the gate drop in the main event.

Day 1 builds the physical and technical foundation through structured on-track sessions, video analysis, and targeted weakness clinics focused on international competition demands.

Day 2 is the simulation. Riders check in independently, execute their warm-up without prompting, and run 8-rider motos and bracket rounds under full UCI World Championship procedures. All riders race all day — no one is eliminated. Parents drop off at 7:30 AM and do not rejoin until the Main Event.

Day 1

On-Track Training

Gate work, rhythm, video review, race runs, weakness clinics, goal envelope writing. 8 AM – 3 PM. Riders independent of parents all day.

Day 2

World Championship Simulation

Full race day — 8-rider motos, bracket rounds, main event, podium, goal reveal. All riders race all day — no eliminations. 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM. No parent access past gate.

Day 1

Parallel Parent Track

Concurrent curriculum runs alongside rider sessions, wrapping at 2:30 PM. Day 2: parents drop off and rejoin for the Main Event only.

The Team

Meet Your Coaches.

Parent Track

Your Family Is Half the Team.

The biggest factor separating a rider who thrives at Worlds from one who doesn't is often not skill — it's the support environment. The parent track runs concurrently with the rider sessions on Day 1 and wraps when riders wrap at 2:30 PM. On Day 2, parents drop off at 7:30 AM and re-enter as spectators for the Main Event at 12:20 PM.

✓ Do This

Affirming Language

"I love watching you ride." Let performance be the rider's domain. Yours is unconditional pride, regardless of placement.

✗ Never Do This

Sideline Coaching

Shouting from the rail or debriefing immediately after a run competes with Fede's instruction and creates overload.

⚡ Know This

Silence Is Support

Saying nothing after a bad run is often the most powerful thing. Ask how they're feeling before anything about performance.

✓ Do This

Own the Logistics

Race packet, nutrition timing, gear bag, venue navigation — these are your jobs. A rider who only thinks about racing is free to race.

✗ Never Do This

Transfer Anxiety

"I'm so nervous for you." Your emotional state is contagious. Your rider needs calm confidence — whatever you feel privately.

⚡ Know This

Process Over Results

Success means process execution. Help your rider value effort over placement. That's the foundation of a long career.
